1. Apply a generous amount of the Protective Sun Emulsion SPF 30 evenly onto the exposed areas of the skin before sun exposure.
2. Reapply every 2 hours or as needed, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.
3. For optimal protection, use in conjunction with other sun protection measures, such as wearing protective clothing and seeking shade during peak sun hours.
4. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
