Step 1: After cleansing your hair, towel dry hair thoroughly.  
Step 2: Apply 1-3 pumps of Pep Talk Bond Treatment. 
Step 3: Leave it for  2 minutes to rebuild damaged hair, inside out. Do not rinse. 
Step 4: Shake bottle and spray Prime Time 10-IN-1 Hair Primer on damp hair evenly prior to detangling or heat styling for frizz-free, shiny hair.
