Whatever told, written or shown in the video is not correct. Doesn't happen that ways. Not turning into the cream. Waste of money. Hair look so rough and bad

There was a problem with the delivery and i still didnt get the product in my hand and you send this mail asking for a review. I raised a request to do the required correction and send the product. There is a reply which says that you would look onto it. And, i still dont get the product. Very bad redressal of delivery issue.
For some reason this product didn’t turn creamy while applying in my wet scalp and lengths. Plus the bottle broke while i was trying to open it & I had a massive hair fall out while washing the product.
